On April 9, 2025, the Fédération Internationale des Conseils en Propriété Intellectuelle (FICPI) delegation, headed by its President, Mr. Roberto Pistolesi, visited All-China Patent Attorneys Association (ACPAA). President Mr. He Hua, Vice Presidents Mr. Wu Dajian, Mr. Dang Xiaolin, Mr. Long Chun, and Mr. Fan Zheng, Vice President and Secretary-General Mr. Zhao Jianjun, and Deputy Secretary-General Mr. Zeng Fanfu of ACPAA met with the FICPI delegation.

     Following the courtesy meeting, ACPAA organized the ACPAA-FICPI Seminar at the China Intellectual Property Training Center, with over 50 intellectual property practitioners in attendance.

     During the seminar, Mr. He Hua and Mr. Roberto Pistolesi delivered opening remarks, both expressing their expectations for strengthening exchanges and deepening friendship in the future. The seminar focus on cutting-edge issues in global Intellectual property practice, including “Proceedings in Front of the Unitary Patent Court”, “Patent Eligibility in the USA”, “EU Design Reform”, “Legal Framework for Consent Declarations in Trademarks in Europe”, etc. During the Q&A session, participants actively engaged in discussions on these topics.

     This seminar has provided a high-quality platform for intellectual property practitioners from China and abroad to exchange ideas, and further broadened the international perspective of Chinese practitioners. Moreover, it has also enhanced mutual understanding and communication and continued the long-standing friendly cooperative relationship between ACPAA and FICPI.
